Health and Well-Being Checklist: Make yourself a ten-point checklist and score yourself on how well you take care of your health and well-being.

Fasting and Detoxification: Regularly cleanse the body with various regimes, colonics, wheat grass, juice or water, parasite cleanse.

Walking: In nature, hiking in the wilderness or in the park, down the street while meditating or chanting. Great exercise.

Yoga/Stretching: For those inclined to stretch and bend there are numerous yoga paths. Prana and breath work, complete breaths, breathing through nostrils, nitrogen release, eye relax and breathing exercises.

Aerobics/Pilates/Dancing:

Qi Gong: Gentle warmups.

Energy Work: Pranic healing.

Hot Baths or Showers: Relax throughout the day, before bed and in the morning. Lower stress and blood pressure. Lower body temperature.

Catharsis: First learned through shiastsu massage, an energetic release through the arms, legs and hands and other parts of the body. Can self-administer a catharsis while in hot bath or shower, begin hyperventilating, get really hot and about to pass-out. Then stand up quickly being careful to protect yourself from fainting or a fall. Allow yourself to faint, but remain conscious. This effectively resets your bio-computer.

Mudras: Various hand positions from the Vedic tradition during meditation or prayer.

Light at the End of the Tunnel: After vigorous exercise, stop, close eyes and focus on the 3rd eye. Notice the light facing to a single point in the distance of your mind’s eye.

Disappearing Act: Look into your own eyes in a mirror without flinching or being distracted elsewhere. Focus your full attention on your own eyes and you will mysteriously disappear.
