Mindfulness: Be empty/full, notice the breath with your eyes closed. Focus on heart. Develop an inner reference, stillness from within, a deep pool of still water.

Chanting: Repeat words, sounds or songs in a rolling fashion, e.g., “loving kindness,”"thank you,”"God is…I am…”

Mantras: Repeat and sing primordial sounds which bypass the mind, e.g., “om (aum)”. These are frequencies which balance the subconscious and align us with source consciousness. You can chant any sound with or without knowing it’s meaning.

Sutras:
These are primordial sounds with meaning in Vedic, English and Tibetan.

Contemplations and Visualizations: Active thought on a particular topic, icon, image or symbol, e.g., your ancestors, past lives, a particular phrase or affirmation, e.g., “I am as happy as I’ve ever been.”

Grounding: Visualize a cord from the solar plexus, 3rd chakra, to the center of the Earth.

Still Deep Pool of Water: Notice the ripples on the pond of your mind. Still the ripples and widen the gap of your attention until the deep pool is completely still and suspended in time.

Eternal Moment Now: Bring all your attention to the present moment and be here now.

Self Realization:
Direct experience of your self as divine, as source.

God Realization: Direct experience of the Divine, of Source.
